I don’t know about you but I am crazy about smoothies. They’re light, tasty and refreshing. Sometimes I find it hard to just have one favourite, so in this post I will show you how to make three of my favourite smoothies.
1) Strawberry and Banana:
Take 1 banana and 6 strawberries. Prepare the fruit accordingly. Put the fruit in the blender along with a spoonful of yoghurt and/ or a splash of milk. The yoghurt gives a thicker smoothie but the milk makes it a milkshake so add as much or as little as you like. The fruit is naturally sweet so there is no need to add sugar.
2) Blueberry and Orange:
For this smoothie you need about two handfuls of blueberries and a splash of orange juice. Add a spoonful of natural yoghurt and whizz in the blender!
3) Red Smoothie:
For this smoothie you will need half a cup of strawberries and a few raspberries. Add a spoonful of natural yoghurt and blend. If you’re feeling healthy, why not add a little beetroot? Not only is it good for you but it gives your beverage a pretty pink colour.
