I have not always been a fan of celery. But it’s definitely worth having because of it’s nutritional values. Beetroot is also very good for you and if you don’t like the taste you can try them in a juice and then start eating the foods whole.
- 325 g of beetroot
- 2 apples
- 1 stick of celery
- Juice the beetroot, apples and celery in a juicer or a jug-style blender.
- Serve in your favourite glass for maximum enjoyment!
